About the Organisation
Just $10per term can give a young Malawian a Secondary school education, access to Tertiary school and most importantly, access to a world of career possibilities for young people to thrive on the job market. Maphunziro265 was established to improve access to quality education for young people who:
- drop out every year due to financial challenges
- A lack of career guidance and counseling
- lack of professional skills for fresh graduates and young professionals to thrive on the job market

We provide Motivation talks and mentorship to young people in Secondary Schools.
Our Intervention Strategy
Our strategy is to develop sustainable solutions to challenges such as: students dropping out due to financial challenges, lack of career guidance and counseling & lack of professional skills for fresh graduates and young professionals to thrive on the job market. We do this by customizing content for capacity building training, offer scholarships and connect the youth with development opportunities.
